"We are committed to helping the Navy prepare for potential threats to national security, which includes supporting MARMC's plan to maintain and modernize the systems on its fleet of submarines," said Greg Bryant, Alion manager of the Integration Solutions Group. "Our experienced talent pool of submariners is well-versed in predictive and condition-based maintenance tools that are more effective in anticipating the need for assistance."

Alion said that under the award it will specifically provide equipment and system expertise for equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, assessment, analysis and inspection.

It will also identify root causes of system problems and provide maintenance training and long-term problem resolutions.
