The first contract is primarily for Army Reserve projects nationwide and for military projects within the corps' Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries. A variety of company architect/engineering services will provided for training centers, vehicle maintenance shops, stand-alone buildings, and other structures unique to Army Reserve facilities and military installations.

Under the second contract, Jacobs' services will mainly support Army, Air Force and other military and civil works projects at various locations within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries.

Military projects may consist of many different building types, site development, and infrastructure and utility projects for installations assigned within the Division area of operation, as well as master planning and specialized or mission-specific facilities.

Jacobs said it will perform the second contract through a joint venture with the U.S. engineering firm Stantec.
