Under the delivery order, Wyle will produce project-specific test plans and decision- level presentations "addressing resource, range, training, safety and technical reviews to increase research test project supportability and interoperability." It will also perform investigations of Air Force Research Lab research projects requiring flight tests for potential test hazards and remedies.

Wyle said its cadre of independent flight test aircrew will also create and supplement an aviation safety program involving Air Force Research Lab's management, aircrew, and support personnel.

"Wyle will assist with development, coordination, implementation and operation of flight test areas for research and academic experience and studies," a company news release stated.

Wyle subcontractors on the project are the Greentree Group of Ohio and Massachusetts company Infoscitex.
