ICE contracts for O&M support

BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- A two-year task order has been awarded to IT company DMI to provide operations and maintenance support to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.

The work would specifically be in support of ICE's legacy Alien Criminal Response Information Management System, which is the primary system used by ICE Law Enforcement Support Center personnel to provide immigration status, identity information and real-time assistance to law enforcement agencies requesting help with identifying aliens suspected, arrested or convicted of criminal activity.

(and) we look forward to working with ICE and continuing to build on our record of impeccable reliability and service."

Under the contract, DMI will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the legacy ACRIMe system. Included will be software maintenance and system documentation updates.
