"We are proud to support the U.S. military personnel who are performing key humanitarian missions in Timor-Leste by helping its citizens rebuild their community infrastructure," said Kenneth Juergens, group vice president, Global Logistics and Development Solutions, DynCorp International.

Under the contract DynCorp International and its subcontractor, RMS Engineering and Construction Pty Ltd. of Australia, will provide support services such as living quarters, Internet and telephone communications, food services, language support and procurement.

Timor-Leste, on the island of Timor, is a former Portuguese colony. It gained independence in 2002 following armed conflict with Indonesia, which annexed the territory in 1975.
