LONDON, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Britain's business information provider Visiongain predicts that the electronic warfare market will reach $8.89 billion this year.
"Electronic warfare products and systems are increasingly commonplace throughout the spectrum of military hardware," it said in a report, "The Electronic Warfare Market 2011-2021."
"Although budgetary concerns among leading Western nations will persist for the medium-term, the EW market is set for a period of growth as armed forces look to maintain their dominance over the electromagnetic environment."
