VIENNA, Va., Dec. 13 (UPI) -- A-T Solutions Inc., a global anti- and counter-terrorism services firm, has opened a new operations and training center in Fredericksburg, Va.
The facility is 40,000 square feet and includes a secure, 24/7 operations center, a dedicated training classroom, an enhanced proposal development center, a company capabilities and solutions room and office space for future expansion.
A-T Solutions' corporate headquarters is in Vienna, a northern Virginia suburb of the capital. Fredericksburg is about 47 miles from Washington.
"This new facility dramatically increases our space to better accommodate our growing team and also allows us to host larger anti- and counter-terrorism training programs for military and law enforcement teams on-site," said Dennis Kelly, president and chief executive officer of A-T Solutions. "Our company's main mission is to provide innovative solutions that support customers pursuing a safer and more secure world.
"2010 has truly been a breakthrough year for our company. The relocation not only provides our current team with more resources, but also as we continue to grow into the space, we anticipate adding 100 more jobs to the local economy over the next 24 months."
A-T Solutions employees are former military master training specialists, intelligence professionals, explosive ordnance disposal technicians, special operations personnel and technologists.
