Euro bank cuts rates

BRUSSELS, June 5 (UPI) -- The European Central Bank Thursday cut interest rates from 2.5 to 2 percent in a bid to boost sluggish growth and slow the euro's rise against the dollar. The Bank of England left rates unchanged at 3.75 percent.
