Iran urges U.S. to abandon 'bullying'

TEHRAN, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Former Iranian President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani Sunday called on the United States to give up its "bullying" practices so the two countries could resume ties, the official Islamic Republic News Agency reported. Rafsanjani said it was the only way Washington could cooperate with Tehran.
