No P.F. Chang's restaurants or other ConAgra Foods products are impacted by this recall, the company said in a release.

An initial recall was issued on July 7 after a ConAgra employee observed metal fragments between 2 and 9 millimeters in size while dispensing sugar from a supplier, the company said. On July 14, ConAgra Foods was notified by the supplier of additional production lots of sugar that were impacted.

No adverse reactions or injuries due to consumption of these products have been reported.
