OTTAWA, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- New home prices in Canada rose marginally in October after coming in flat in September, Statistics Canada reported Thursday.
Home prices have made little movement in four months. They rose 0.2 percent in July and 0.1 percent in August. In October, they rose 0.1 percent, StatsCan said.

In October, new home prices rose 0.7 percent in Windsor, Ontario, and 0.6 percent in in Hamilton, Ontario, and in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Prices over 12 months have risen highest in Calgary, Alberta, with a gain of 6.1 percent.
