NEW YORK, May 2 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices settled 0.4 percent lower Monday, losing 41 cents to close at $113.52 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Other energy commodities also were lower at the end of trading.

Gasoline was off a nickel, or 1.67 percent, to settle for $3.35 a gallon.
Heating oil was down 0.92 percent, dropping 2 cents to settle at $3.25 a gallon.
Natural gas shed a penny, or 0.11 percent, finishing at $4.69 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, the cost of a gallon of unleaded gasoline was $3.952 Monday, compared with $3.909 Friday.
