WASHINGTON, March 16 (UPI) -- Indiana importer Matilda Jane LLC recalled about 1,500 girl's Chelsa dresses due to buttons that can come off and pose a choking hazard, U.S. regulators said.

The sleeveless Chelsa dress was sold in sizes 2, 4 and 6. It has a white top with green polka dots and a green and yellow floral design skirt with a separate, floral design band as a hem.
