TORONTO, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- A computer glitch was to blame for major delays of Air Canada flights nationwide Monday, airline officials said.
The computer problem interfered with several Air Canada systems, including reservations, 680News reported.

However, while the two-hour glitch in a Bell Canada routing system was fixed by noon, some Air Canada passengers were expected to experience delays, or even cancellations, through the rest of the day, the radio station reported.
A representative for Canada's largest airline was unable to provide a figure for the number of flight delays.
