DALLAS, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Alliance Data Systems Corp. said Thursday it agreed to buy DoubleClick Inc.'s Colorado-based online data-management division for $435 million.
The deal to buy Abacus of Lafayette, Colo. -- which New York-based online advertising company DoubleClick bought for $1.7 billion in 1999 -- will improve Alliance's loyalty and marketing services, Alliance Chairman and Chief Executive Mike Parks said.
