DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., July 22 (UPI) -- Sara Lee Corp., the consumer products company, is moving all 550 of its Cincinnati, Ohio, corporate jobs to a suburb of Chicago.

The consumer-products company will complete the move by 2007, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported Friday.

It moved its food headquarters to Cincinnati in 2001 after securing state financial incentives that entailed a commitment to stay in the area for 20 years. Sara Lee may have to reimburse Ohio for the annual incentive of $130,000 because of the coming job transfers.

The company, whose brands include Jimmy Dean, Kahn's, Trail's Best, Bali, Hanes, Playtex, Wonderbra and Champion, will keep about 100 information technology jobs in Mason, Ohio.

It also will retain 700 jobs at meat-packing plants in Camp Washington and Claryville, said Jon Harris, vice president of communications for Sara Lee.
