NEW YORK, July 9 (UPI) -- U.S. minority shareholders have filed a suit in New York against the Russian oil firm Yukos and company officials, Russian news service Novosti reports.
The federal court suit accuses Yukos and its board of violating U.S. securities and exchange laws. Defendants include Yukos, the holding company Menatep, auditing firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Platon Lebedev, Bruce Misamore, Vasily Shakhnovsky, Scott Ziegler and the British law firm Curtis & Co.
