Virginia Officer Who Died Responding To Sniper Call Has Named Engraved Into National Memorial
WAP2003042501 - WASHINGTON, April 25 (UPI) -- Wife of Virginia State Trooper Mark Cosslett, Leslie Cosslett, gets a hug from Virginia's Sec. of Public Safety John Marshall during an engraving ceremony on April 25, 2003 at the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington.
