Nene Leakes talks health scare with Dr. Oz

Jan. 26 (UPI) -- NeNe Leakes hit The Dr. Oz show last week to discuss her recent health scare -- the 46-year-old reality star was hospitalized last November with a pulmonary embolism. Though she's almost back to her old self, Leakes spoke to Dr. Mehmet Oz about the importance of listening to your body.

"I have good days and bad days," Leakes said of her health. “I just had this pain. ... It got worse and worse, it got really hard and I thought, ‘I have to go to the emergency room,’” Leakes said of her experience.

Leakes tweeted afterward that she "learned so much" from the TV doctor.
