Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Lindsay Lohan will document the downward trajectory of her once-promising career path -- blighted by an excess of drugs, alcohol and fame enabled by her family -- in an upcoming "tell-all book."

The 27-year-old actress reportedly met with New York City agency Waxman Leavall, which has guided the literary careers of other celebs like Bill Murray and Novak Djokovic.

According to TMZ, Lohan will base the memoir on journal entries she wrote during rehab this year.

Oprah Winfrey has presumably bestowed her approval on the project, because Lohan's meeting with the agency was filmed for Lohan's forthcoming docu-series on OWN.
