Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Members of Duck Dynasty's Robertson family helped make the day of a 13-year-old Alabama girl who lost her leg to cancer by joining her in prayer.

Alan Robertson, a minister who isn’t often seen on the show, led Phil, Kay, Korie and Si Robertson in a prayer for Skye Loustalot, who is afflicted by osteosarcoma. The prayer was held at the Bay of the Holy Spirit Jubliee on Friday in Fairhope, Ala.

"I pray that you'll bless her with healing and restoration," Alan said. "I pray for her family tonight, Father. I pray you'll lift them up in a very powerful way. Give her courage."

The Robertsons became aware of Skye after she had her leg amputated in September. The staff at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital worked to get in touch with the Duck Commander family in an effort to do something “extreme to get this child’s spirits picked up,” said Kimberly Wagner, the coordinator of the Mapp Child & Family Life Program.

The family ended up filming a video for the young girl during which Si says, “We love you, and we’re praying for you.” In the clip, Kay promises: “And we’re gonna see you November 15th in Fairhope, Alabama.”
