Gina Carano and ex Henry Cavill have romantic Rome dinner

Henry Cavill and his ex, Gina Carano, were spotted together enjoying a typically romantic dinner in Italy this week, sparking rumors the pair were rekindling their relationship.

Cavill, who is in town shooting "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." with Armie Hammer and director Guy Ritchie, met up with the former MMA star-turned-actress in Rome, where they were seen sharing a bottle of wine and enjoying one another's company.

The pair dated from September 2012 through earlier this year. Cavill was since briefly linked to Kaley Cuoco.

Carano is set to star in "In the Blood," a three with Stephan Lang, Luis Guzman, Treat Williams and Danny Trejo.
