Kim Kardashian's swollen feet can't catch a break

Kim Kardashian has spent most of her pregnancy without giving up her heels. Critics picked on her for wearing strappy shoes on her swollen feet, leather cutting into her skin.

She's swapped the Givenchy heels for black flip-flops, her ankles and feet as puffy as ever, according to Inquisitr.

Radar Online posted the pictures of Kardashian wearing the flip-flops with a relatively loose-fitting dress. Maybe Kim is finally giving in to the comfort her pregnant body deserves.

She was spotted leaving Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood with minimal makeup, a casual black dress and a denim jacket, atop flat sandals.
