Glow-in-the-dark sheep born in Uruguay

Scientists in Uruguay used a gene from a jellyfish to give sheep the same glow-in-the-dark fluorescence, according to WPTZ.

Scientists said the nine genetically-modified sheep developed normally -- except for the green fluorescent protein, which makes them glow in the dark.

The experiment was done at Uruguay's Institute of Animal Reproduction in partnership with the Institut Pasteur.
