In an attempt to stop a photographer from publishing shirtless pictures of his not-so-slim self, Rob Kardashian allegedly stole a memory card that contained half-nude images of him.

According to TMZ, a photographer filed a robbery report against Kardashian after the reality star "snatched part of her camera and took off."

Kardashian, who has starred in multiple reality shows including "Dancing With The Stars" and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," is no stranger to being photographed. According to the photo agency, he was upset because he wasn't wearing a shirt when the photos were taken.

The agency told TMZ Kardashian promised to pay for the card as he took of with it. Police are currently investigating the incident.

Rob Kardashian, who is currently undergoing a weight-loss program, isn't the only member of the Kardashian clan dealing with weight problems. The news of his burglary charges comes a day after his half-sister Kendall Jenner complained about being called "too skinny" in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar Arabia, and four days after his other sister, Kim Kardashian, told Extra that she hasn't gained as much baby weight as some magazines are claiming.
