Country star Carrie Underwood, 29, described the $31 million diamond necklace as "318 carats of gorgeousness," reported People magazine.

"It's heavy on my soul. This is worth like more than me, and everything I have, and have ever had and ever will have. I'm afraid someone is going to tackle me and steal it," she said.

To perform "Blown Away," which won her best solo country performance, the singer changed into a custom Theia gown designed specifically for the light effects.

With only three days to create the gown, Theia creative director DonO’Neill’s team worked around the clock, stitching together 10 yards of Duchesse satin, 100 yards of tulle and crinoline and thousands of Swarovski crystals onto the bodice. A video production team created the flowered and paisley lighting effects that were projected onto the silver gown.
