Though officials have already identified one winner of Wednesday's $587.5 million Powerball jackpot, Missouri's Hill family, Arizona's winning ticket holder remains a mystery. But surveillance footage from a gas station in Upper Marlboro, Maryland allegedly captured the exact moment a man discovered he'd won the second ticket. In the video, an unidentified man wearing a yellow suit walks up to the counter to check his lottery tickets, emphatically throws his fists up into the air and asks passersby to double-check that he had the matching numbers. According to the gas station's cashier, Kamran Afgan, the mysterious man said he was a member of the military from Maryland.
