Did you know about the time that Dolly Parton entered a drag queen celebrity look-alike contest and lost? Did you know that Dolly Parton once used kitchen matches to fashion eyeliner? Did you know that Dolly Parton and Oprah bond over pesky gay rumors?

In an interview with "Nightline's" Juju Chang, the buxom, vivacious 66-year-old country music legend behind hits like "9 to 5" and "Jolene" dished out a series of juicy tidbits about her life with her signature sense of honest humor.

Not only does Parton discuss her first attempt at songwriting (It's called "Little Tiny Tassel Top"), her poor upbringing and modeling her style after the town tramp, the singer also explained her frank approach to plastic surgery saying: "I really think if there's something that you need to do, want to do, can afford to do and got the nerve to do, I think you should do it if it's gonna make you feel better about yourself."

Parton also addressed rumors that she has been hiding her sexuality and relationship with her childhood friend, Judy Ogle: "They just think that you just can't be that close to somebody. ... I love [Judy] as much as I love anybody in the whole world, but we're not romantically involved."
