We all know that Beyonce is a big fan of the president, but Barack Obama's obviously no stranger to the flashy hand wave dance that made her hit single a classic. While touring his Chicago campaign headquarters, Obama greets a newly engaged man from analytics, who gets the chance to tell the president how he "put a ring on it."
