Flight of the Conchords reunite in new song for charity

By KATE STANTON, UPI.com

Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, the men behind musical comedy act Flight of the Conchords, reunited in support of children's illness charity Red Nose Day: Comedy for Cure Kids.

The result is a hilarious video conversation with a group of New Zealand schoolchildren--they help drum up lyrics for the song--and a rousing anthem inspired by "We Are the World."

All proceeds "Feel Inside (And Stuff Like That)," now available on iTunes, will go to the Red Nose Day charity.

Calling themselves "New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based, digi-bongo, a cappella, rap-funk-comedy folk duo," Flight of the Conchords performed and starred in their own self-titled HBO television series from 2007 to 2009.

Since then, Bret McKenzie has won an Academy Award for a song on "The Muppets" soundtrack, "Man or Muppet?" Jemaine Clement has appeared in "Dinner for Schmucks" and "Men in Black 3."
