Watch live: Sean Spicer gives daily press briefing

March 28 (UPI) -- Press secretary Sean Spicer on Tuesday is scheduled to hold a daily press briefing at the White House.

He is set to answer questions from reporters at 1 p.m.

The briefing comes as President Donald Trump prepares to sign an executive order rolling back Obama-era regulations on carbon emissions.

Spicer on Monday said the order aims to support the energy sector by easing regulations some see as standing in the way of development.

Also on Tuesday, Trump has a meeting with the Fraternal Order of Police, and in the afternoon will meet with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly.
