YOSEMITE VILLAGE, Calif., April 21 (UPI) -- A 26-year-old rock climber from Palo Alto, Calif., fell 30 feet from a granite rock face in Yosemite National Park on Sunday.
Officials said that the unidentified climber, who had been climbing the park's Cathedral range with three others, slipped and fell to a rock bench about 1,000 feet from the ground.
