ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- An Arlington County, Va., court ordered the Washington suburb hamburger restaurant Ray's Hell-Burger to shut down over back rent.

Ray's has been the occasional and high-profile stop in Arlington for President Obama; however, a judge earlier this month approved an eviction notice after owner Michael Landrum failed to settle an overdue rent charge of $36,000.

CBSDC said Sunday large "For Rent" signs were posted over the main stand and its sister restaurant Ray's Hell-Burger Too.

Ray's was the subject of photo ops over the years featuring Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and visiting Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
