BARSTOW, Calif., May 27 (UPI) -- Another small earthquake tipping magnitude 3.0 jiggled rural Southern California Sunday morning, seismologists said.
The magnitude 3.8 shaker was recorded 18 miles from Barstow around dawn, following up a 3.2 quake that struck in the same area three days ago.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake occurred at a shallow depth of roughly 1 mile.
The Los Angeles Times had no immediate reports of damage or injuries in the sparsely populated desert area.
