SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released a picture of an Arizona baby who vanished in 2009 as he might look at the age of 2.
Bob Lowery, a spokesman for the center, said the group releases images of missing children until they are found or determined to be dead, the San Antonio Express-News reported. He said the pictures are created and released every two years until the missing children turn 21 and then every five years.
