WASHINGTON, May 11 (UPI) -- Photos of Osama bin Laden after he was killed will be shown to members of the Senate and House Intelligence and Armed Services committees, aides said Wednesday.

The legislators will have to make appointments with the Central Intelligence Agency to view the photos, which President Barack Obama has decided not to make public, the congressional aides told CBS News.

The CIA has set up a viewing room for the lawmakers.

Three Republican senators, including Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, vice chairman of the Intelligence Committee, initially said they had already seen photos of the slain al-Qaida leader before acknowledging they had been taken in by Photoshop-altered fakes.
