Matteo Giovanditto, 58, was found dead at his house Monday and investigators said he was a homicide victim. Giovanditto's car turned up in Kissimmee, Fla., about 10 miles from Celebration.

Celebration, about 5 miles from Disney World, was developed by the Disney Development Co., with the first occupants arriving in 1996. The community, designed to be a model of village life, now has a population of about 11,000, mostly white and well off. CNN said.

Twis Lizasuain, the sheriff's spokeswoman, said Foushee was in the middle of a divorce and was apparently distraught. Police first received a report Wednesday of a man with a gun and surrounded his house Thursday after he arrived home.
