OGDEN, Utah, Oct. 14 (UPI) -- Utah authorities charged a Bountiful man with groping a nurse while she was attending to a woman about to give birth to his child.
Jay Manning, 30, was charged with felony forcible sexual abuse after he allegedly fondled the nurse while she tried to help the woman who was waiting to be wheeled into the delivery room at McKAy-Dee Hospital in Ogden.

Ogden Police Lt. Loring Draper told the Salt Lake Tribune Manning brought the pregnant woman in last Friday and quickly began making comments about the nurse. He then allegedly tried to massage her neck and breast.
Manning has a past record of misdemeanors and was ordered to take classes at a mental-health and substance-abuse facility as a condition of his probation.
