Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Arguably the biggest storyline during the NFL offseason is where Pro Bowl quarterback Tony Romo will be playing in 2017.
The question is no longer regarding if he will leave the Dallas Cowboys, but rather how he will leave the famed franchise. ESPN's Ed Werder reported last week that Romo expects to be released, but other reports have disputed that claim. MMQB's Albert Breer reported Sunday that he expects the Cowboys to "do right" by the 36-year-old gunslinger, meaning the team should release him to test the market or trade him to a team of his choosing.
