Fantasy Football: Sammy Watkins starting for Buffalo Bills

By Alex Butler

BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Wide receiver Sammy Watkins is back from a foot injury and expected to start the Buffalo Bills' Week 12 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Watkins "will not only play but start, source said. His playtime will depend on how his foot feels."

Watkins has played in just two games this season, snaring six receptions for 63 yards. He was removed from injured reserve Saturday.

But don't be too quick on the trigger in putting Watkins in your fantasy football team's starting lineup.

WKBW's Joe Buscaglia reported Sunday that he expects Watkins to play 50 to 60 percent of the Bills' snaps.

"I wouldn't expect to see him to take his full complement of snaps," Buscaglia reported.

"His conditioning wasn't there this week, according to the Bills. He was on a pitch count all week long. It would be tough to expect too much from him, especially with him being out for the past eight games for the Buffalo Bills."

Watkins is a dicey WR3 play this week, but could move into WR2 territory as early as next week.
