BOSTON -- Left-hander David Price will make his season debut for Boston on Monday when the Red Sox visit the Chicago White Sox.
Manager John Farrell announced Price's return before the Red Sox hosted Texas on Thursday night.

"He's eager to get back to us and physically he feels great," Farrell said.
Price has been recovering from a strained left elbow and has yet to pitch for Boston in his second year with the club.
In two rehab starts for Triple-A Pawtucket, Price allowed nine runs -- six of them earned -- on 12 hits with eight strikeouts and two walks over 5 2/3 innings.
