Shanshan Feng moves up to No. 8 in Rolex Rankings

Shanshan Feng of China moved up three spots to No. 8 in the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings released Monday after winning her fifth LPGA Tour title.

The 27-year-old Feng cruised to a three-shot victory Sunday at the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Feng's last win came two years ago at the same tournament which saw her rise again to one of the top 5 players in the world. Feng has spent 259 consecutive weeks ranked in the top 15 (since Nov. 20, 2011). Her highest ranking was No. 3 in 2012.

New Zealand teenager Lydia Ko remains comfortably on top of the rankings with an average of 13.1790 points, ahead of Thailand's Ariya Jutanugarn (8.6061).

South Korean In Gee Chun (7.8113) is No. 3, followed by American Lexi Thompson (7.1381), South Korea's Sei Young Kim (7.0039) and Canadian Brooke Henderson (6.8430), who fell one spot and swapped places with Kim.
