Williams, 33, traveled on Monday to see Dr. James Andrews in Florida for an evaluation of his left knee. Williams then flew to New York for an additional evaluation from Dr. David Altcheck.

Williams is currently undergoing a treatment and rehabilitation process. He experienced discomfort and increased soreness in his left knee following a game in Indianapolis on April 6. He missed the last three games of the regular season.

Williams averaged 8.2 points, 2.4 assists and 18.2 minutes in 41 games this season.
