Howard had nine citations for the same thing in ten months in 2012. The tenth time he ran a red light is what caused his license to be suspended.
He also has four speeding tickets, 12 citations for failing to pay highway tolls and one for failing to change his address on his driver's license.
Howard played eight seasons with the Orlando Magic and still has a home in the area.
Howard paid the fines Wednesday afternoon and had his license reinstated.
