LA Angels come out over Kansas City in Cactus League play

Mike Trout smacked a two-run home run in the sixth-inning to power the LA Angels to a 3-2 win over the Kansas City Royals in Cactus League play.

Mike Trout smacked a two-run home run in the sixth-inning to power the LA Angels to a 3-2 win over the Kansas City Royals in Cactus League play.

Trout also doubled and finished 2-for-3 and Albert Pujols had a solo shot for the Angels. Jered Weaver allowed two runs on three hits over 5 1/3 innings on the hill.

Jason Donald was 1-for-2 with a solo home run and Billy Butler picked up an RBI for the Royals, who only managed four hits. Bruce Chen surrendered all three runs on six hits over 5 1/3 innings of work.
