SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Tiago Splitter scored 22 points and Tim Duncan notched a double-double Saturday, hoisting the San Antonio Spurs over the Los Angeles Clippers 116-92.

Duncan provided 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, who outscored the Clippers 37-17 in the first quarter and never looked back.

Tony Parker helped out with 17 points and nine assists, and Manu Ginobili added 15 points off the bench as San Antonio took a fourth win in five games.
