MLB: Philadelphia 16, Los Angeles Dodgers 1

LOS ANGELES, June 29 (UPI) -- Delmon Young drove in six runs to pace a 21-hit attack Friday that launched Philadelphia to a 16-1 rout of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Young had six at-bats in the game and produced at least one RBI in four of them as the Phillies emphatically ended the Dodgers' six-game winning streak.

Philadelphia scored three times in each of the first two innings and kept hammering the Dodgers while John Lannan was coasting to his first win of the year.

Young singled in a run in the third, had a two-RBI double in the second, delivered another score in the sixth on a fielder's choice grounder and drove in two more with a base hit in the seventh.

Michael Young added a solo homer in the fourth and John Mayberry had a two-run blast in the sixth.

Lannan (1-2) allowed a run on five hits over seven innings.

Chris Capuano (2-5) gave up the first six Philadelphia runs, five of them earned, over 3 2/3 to take the loss.
