Sergio Garcia said Tiger Woods fried chicken remark not racist

NEW YORK, March 9 (UPI) -- J.R. Smith provided 24 points and Steve Novak buried five 3-pointers en route to 20 for the New York Knicks Saturday in their 113-84 win over Utah.
Smith connected on 10-for-18 shots from the field and Raymond Felton added 15 points for New York, which was playing without stars Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire.
Anthony missed a third straight game with a knee injury.
The Knicks also announced before the contest Stoudemire will undergo a debridement procedure on his ailing right knee, which will sideline him for about six weeks.
Alec Burks netted 14 points and Gordon Hayward added 13 for the Jazz, who dropped a fourth straight.
They were playing without the injured Paul Millsap.
