LOS ANGELES, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Chris Paul returned to notch a double-double of 22 points and 11 assists Saturday, sending the Los Angeles Clippers to a 94-87 win over Washington.

Paul had sat out three games with a bruised right knee cap, but picked up where he left off as the Clippers rolled to a victory and improved to 19-4 at home.

Blake Griffin also provided a push for Los Angeles, scoring 17 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.

Washington got 24 points and six assists from John Wall in the loss -- only their second setback in six games.
