NBA: Chicago 100, Detroit 94 (OT)

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 15 (UPI) -- Derrick Rose put in 24 points Sunday and the Chicago Bulls outscored Detroit 14-8 in overtime to nail down a 100-94 victory over the Pistons.

Rose distributed nine assists while Joakim Noah netted 20 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for the Bulls, who bested Detroit for the 15th straight time.

Carlos Boozer chipped in with 15 points and nine boards as the Eastern Conference-leading Bulls took their third straight overall.

Rodney Stuckey pumped in 32 points but it wasn't enough for the Pistons.

Detroit's Charlie Villanueva was ejected for flagrantly fouling Rose late in the fourth quarter. He finished with 13 points.
